All full-time undergraduate and graduate students attending Widener University are eligible for up to 10 counseling sessions per academic year free of charge, with some exceptions. Please call to confirm your eligibility.
If you are unable to make your appointment we ask that you give 24-hour notice. If after-hours please leave a message with your name, ID number, cell number, and reason. We will return your call the next business day.

If a mental health emergency should occur outside of the Center’s operating hours, resident housing students should contact an RA or AC on duty or dial Campus Safety at 610-499-4200. Non-resident students of Widener University and graduate students should contact the nearest crisis center or hospital emergency room (Crozer Chester Hospital in Chester is the nearest to Campus) or dial 911.
