MFA Testing on-Campus for Safari

When connected to Widener’s Internet or Campus WiFi you will not be prompted for MFA verification. This MFA page covers how to use Safari Bowser to test MFA while connected to Widener’s Internet or Campus WiFi by using a ” New Private Window “.

Launch New Private Window ↑+⌘+N

MFA Testing

Go into Safari Browser (whether or not you are already logged in does not matter),
click ” File “,
then click ” New Private Window

Have your phone handy. Within this new private window session enter http://wumail.widener.edu in Safari’s address bar.

Enter your LoginID security credentials.

An MFA notification is sent to your phone.

Click File then click New Private Window and login from there to a Microsoft service that Widener supports.
