The Justice Thurgood Marshall Fellowship was founded by the Keystone Bar Association and now sits with the Dauphin County Bar Foundation. The fellowship provides financial incentive for recent law school graduates who will be doing legal work in Dauphin County and are members of an under-represented racial or ethnic group in the legal profession.
