FAFSA Submission Information

The 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available for the upcoming academic year as of December 1, 2024 https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa.

Students who plan to enroll at Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Summer 2025, Fall 2025, and/or Spring 2026 semesters should complete the 2025-2026 FAFSA.

The priority filing date for new students is June 15, 2025. However, new students have a rolling deadline.

The priority filing date for continuing students is April 1, 2025.

Students need an FSA ID to log in and complete a FAFSA application. For assistance creating/maintaining an FSA ID or password, students can visit https://studentaid.gov/help/create-fsa-id.
