FAFSA Submission Information

The 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available for the upcoming academic year as of December 30, 2023 https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa.

Students who plan to enroll at Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Summer 2024, Fall 2024, and/or Spring 2025 semesters should complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA.

The priority filing date for new students is June 15, 2024. However, new students have a rolling deadline.

The priority filing date for continuing students is April 1, 2024. Due to the delays caused by the release of the Better FAFSA, we are extending the filing dates for both new and continuing students.

Students need an FSA ID to log in and complete a FAFSA application. For assistance creating/maintaining an FSA ID or password, students can visit https://studentaid.gov/help/create-fsa-id.
