Pre-arrival and Orientation
The International Student Services office uses Terra Dotta (TD) for all international student requests. You must input all requests through the TD portal at wu-isss.terradotta.com.
TD is web-based system ISS uses to manage SEVIS records for international students. TD allows ISS to track changes to student’s information (such as major or number of credits), complete required reporting to the government (SEVIS registration), and to process student requests (like SEVIS transfers On-campus employment, CPT and OPT).
Every current student has an account to submit requests to ISS; in addition, submitting your request in TD allows you to track its status.
New Students:
New admitted students will receive an invitation from Terra Dotta to complete their profile and to request their I-20 for F-1 students or DS 2019 for J-1 students. Once you receive your email from Terra Dotta, you will use your Widener ID to log in.
New Student Check-In:
Once you arrive in the United States, log into your Terra Dotta portal to provide your U.S. address and upload visa documents such as I-94 print out, visa stamp, etc. All immigration documents are due within one week of your arrival for Harrisburg and Delaware students. For Chester main campus students, all immigration documents are due one week after International Student Orientation.
Continuing Students:
Requests for authorization for certain activities are submitted through your Terra Dotta Portal. You can view the various types of requests available to you by logging in to your Terra Dotta portal and navigating to the Requests tab. Also, be sure to read the instructions panel at the top of the Requests tab.
