1/6 – 1/10/25 – GPA Checks will occur during break.
1/6/25 – Budget Audit Finalized
1/6/25 – Budget Transfer for Spring Funds
1/14/25 – Student Leader Training, 12:00 p.m., UC Webb Room
1/15/25 – Student Leader Training, 6:00 p.m., UC Webb Room/Virtual – Register Here!
1/22/25 – Spring Student Involvement Fair
1/28/25 – SGA Town Hall Meeting, 5:00 p.m., UC Webb Room

February – 2025
2/25/25 – SGA Town Hall Meeting, 5:00 p.m., UC Webb Room
2/28/25 – Student Leadership Conference (Details to follow)

March – 2025
3/7/25 – RSO Election Deadline, Student Organization Recognition Form due for all Level 1 and Level 2 Organizations
3/19/25 – RSO Calendar Planning Session 1, 6:00 p.m., UC Webb Room
3/25/25 – SGA Town Hall Meeting, 5:00 p.m., Lathem Hall
3/31 – 4/4/25 – SGA Budget Allocations Workshop

April – 2025
4/4/25 – SGA Budget Allocations Due
4/4/25 – Last Day to Submit SPRING Event Registration
4/11/25 – Last Day to Submit Expenditure Request
4/15/25 – RSO Election Deadline, Student Organization Recognition Form due for all Level 3 Organizations
4/16/25 – RSO Calendar Planning, Session 2, 6:00 p.m., Lathem Hall
4/22/25 – SGA Town Hall Meeting, 5:00 p.m., Lathem Hall
4/25/25 – Last Day for Large Scale Programming

May – 2025
5/2/25 – Last day to put in Reconciliation and Deposit Requests
5/19 – 8/8/25 – GPA Checks will occur during break.
