University Center Digital Display Requests

The University Center offers multiple displays throughout the building to showcase upcoming events, campus announcements, and more!

There are specific sizing requirements that are needed to be compatible with the displays in the building:

• Graphics must be 1920 x 1080 pixels or 16:9 ratio
• Graphics must be in JPEG or PNG format. We cannot accept PDFs
• Video files are also accepted in .MOV format with a length of 10 seconds

Please ensure you graphic includes all relevant information like the date, time, location, and primary contact person for the event. We also strongly encourage QR codes for any events requiring registration.
