Interfraternity Council Meeting Minutes

 

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

150+ members, 5 Chapters

The Interfraternity Council serves to govern and develop its member fraternities with the highest standard of integrity and accomplishment, and in doing so, strive to

  1. Cultivate fraternal gentlemen that exemplify and foster the ideals of their respective fraternities while adhering to the standards set forth by the Fraternity & Sorority Life community nationwide.
  2. Promote superior scholarship, intellectual development, ethical leadership, and outstanding service to the community.
  3. Cooperate with University administration to maintain high social and moral standards.
  4. Act in accordance with the Fraternity Insurance Purchasing Group (FIPG) and the North American Interfraternity Council (NIC) policies, and best practices.
  5. Cultivate better fraternity men through servitude, leadership, and academics.
