Interfraternity Council
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The Interfraternity Council serves to govern and develop its member fraternities with the highest standard of integrity and accomplishment, and in doing so, strive to
- Cultivate fraternal gentlemen that exemplify and foster the ideals of their respective fraternities while adhering to the standards set forth by the Fraternity & Sorority Life community nationwide.
- Promote superior scholarship, intellectual development, ethical leadership, and outstanding service to the community.
- Cooperate with University administration to maintain high social and moral standards.
- Act in accordance with the Fraternity Insurance Purchasing Group (FIPG) and the North American Interfraternity Council (NIC) policies, and best practices.
- Cultivate better fraternity men through servitude, leadership, and academics.
