Student Involvement Fair Registration Information

​The Student Involvement Fair will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the University Center Atrium. Our theme this semester is Alice in Wonderland: Fall Down the Rabbit Hole of Involvement!

All groups must check-in at the Office of Student Engagement table (near the bottom of the steps) between 10:30 a.m. – 10:55 a.m. Groups who do not check-in by 11:15 a.m. may have their spot forfeited to another group. Priority will be given to all Recognized Student Organizations who register by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 10. Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 13. All groups must share a table with another organization. If you would like to request to share with a specific organization, you may do so, but I will only accommodate it if both groups make the request. Space is limited, so register today!

Active Membership Roster Requirement – Due December 1

Hello Student Leaders and Advisors!

As we near the end of the semester, I wanted to reach out with information regarding Active Membership Rosters! Knowing that craziness of the transition back to in-person, I pushed the original deadline back to allow for less stress within your organizations.

The new deadline to submit your Active Membership Rosters is Wednesday, December 1 at 5:00 p.m. Please click here to submit your Active Membership Roster. This is a requirement for both Level 1 and Level 2 groups.

RSO Finance Training Requirement – Recording and Form

Hello Student Leaders and Advisors,

As a reminder, this year it is a requirement for all Treasurers of RSOs who receive traditional SGA Funding (this excludes all Club Sports, specialty groups, and NPHC, CPC, and IFC groups) to attend the RSO Finance Training, hosted by SGA. The last training session occurred tonight, Wednesday, November 3 from 7-8 p.m.

For those of you who have not attended a training session, you must watch the recording and answer a few questions about the training. This must be completed before you submit your budget allocation to SGA.
