Policies

All SLP Clinic policies are outlined in the Client Handbook.

Clients are encouraged to download and read all clinic policies contained in the Client Handbook, including our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, prior to scheduling an appointment.

Once your appointment has been scheduled, all forms contained in the client handbook must be completed by the time you arrive for your first session; please bring them with you and provide them to your graduate clinician upon arrival.
