“When I was looking for a preschool for my daughter as a first time mom I was super nervous. When we went for our first visit at WCDC I automatically felt at ease talking with Alicia as she went through everything and answered every single one of my questions. While doing so my daughter went into Miss Jody’s classroom and fit right in, she didn’t even want to leave! That’s how I knew it would be the perfect fit for us. Leading up to her starting, everything I needed answered, Brittany and Alicia answered without any issues. My daughter has loved it there. She is excited to go to school; she loves all her teachers and talks about them constantly. She learns so much and has fun doing it. Both of my daughters thrived at Widener Child Development Center. The staff and teachers were always supportive, creative, and incredibly attentive. Most importantly, they made every child feel seen and loved. Each day was filled with fun and discovery from science experiments to music, art, and even visits from a petting zoo. My girls made wonderful friends at WCDC, and our goodbye was bittersweet. We’re so grateful for the strong foundation they received, which more than prepared them for kindergarten.
