Get Technology Support

Client Experience

Our Client Experience team is available 24/7 to assist with technology support for hardware, software, Zoom, Microsoft, and your Widener account. Fill out a QuickTicket or call 610-499-1047 for assistance from our Client Experience team.

Canvas Support

Canvas has a specialized support team available 24/7 for Canvas specific issues and how-to questions. Canvas support is accessible from within the Canvas website by clicking the question mark icon in the bottom right corner.


Technology Support Center (TSC)

In-person technology support for students, faculty, and staff is available without an appointment at the TSC, located in Wolfgram Memorial Library on Widener’s Chester campus.

Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT)
