Microsoft 365

Widener University provides all students, faculty, and staff with a free Microsoft 365 license. This includes use of Microsoft products on the web as well as the ability to download the Office Suite of desktop applications.

Please Note: You will have access to your Microsoft account and Microsoft desktop applications while you have an active Widener account. When you are no longer taking classes or working at Widener, you will lose access to your account. Learn more about account access and what happens with your files upon leaving the university.

 

Access Microsoft 365

On the Web: Access the Microsoft Office website and log in using your Widener credentials.

On your Computer: Download the Microsoft Office desktop apps using our download instructions.

Please Note: If you intend to use Microsoft Office beyond basic functions, it is best to download the desktop apps as not all features are available on the web.

 

Using Your OneDrive

OneDrive provides a cloud based file storage platform so that you can store your files safely, access them from multiple devices, and share them with others. Your Widener account includes 1TB of file storage, providing ample space for all of your documents, images, and video files.
