Wi-Fi Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing network issues with any of your devices, you can try these common troubleshooting tips.

Are you connecting to the right network?

Use “wu-secure” for computers and mobile devices

Use “wu-open-game-stream” for gaming systems, streaming devices, smart tv’s, etc.

Did you recently or do you need to change your password?

If your password expired,  you will need to log into the wi-fi with an updated password. Update your password if you haven’t already using the Password Self-Service, then try to log into the wi-fi again.

If you are not prompted to log in, you will need to Forget the Network before reconnecting to the network.

Could something else be happening?

  • Turn the device off and back on
  • Confirm that your device’s Random MAC Addressing is turned off using these directions
  • Confirm with others whether it is your device or widespread
