Microsoft Copilot
Microsoft Copilot is an innovative AI assistant designed to enhance your work experience. Copilot is here to assist you in various tasks, making your daily routine more efficient and productive.
Understanding Copilot
What is Copilot?
Microsoft Copilot leverages the power of artificial intelligence to boost productivity, unlock creativity, and helps you understand information with a simple chat. Some of what Copilot can do includes:
- Writing Assistance: Get help with drafting a message, reports, or documents. It will suggest relevant content based on your context.
- Research Support: Find relevant articles, studies, and data to support your work.
- Project Collaboration: Whether you’re managing a team or coordinating events, Copilot offers ideas and templates.
Your Copilot Access
There are multiple Copilots, and the names are always changing. Using your Widener credentials, all employees and students have access to Copilot Enterprise (aka Bing Enterprise Chat). When logged in, your data is protected. Your chat history and data are not saved and remain confidential. Microsoft has no eyes-on access to it, and it is not used to train underlying AI models.
Check for the green Protected symbol in the top right corner of the Copilot webpage to ensure you’re logged in before beginning.
Please Note: We strongly encourage the use of Copilot over other AI tools to prioritize privacy.
