Technology Support Center (TSC)

The Technology Support Center (TSC) is where students, faculty, and staff can get in-person assistance with their computers and hand-held devices. It is located on the main level of Wolfgram Memorial Library.

Services provided at the TSC include:

Connecting to Wi-Fi
Password reset guidance
Basic PC/MAC troubleshooting
Printing

TSC Hours of Operation – Spring 2026

NOTE: The TSC is not open during Winter Break. It will reopen on Sunday January 11th 1pm-8pm.

Monday – Thursday: 8am – 10pm

Friday: 8am – 7pm

Saturday: 12pm – 7pm

Sunday: 1pm – 10pm

Client Experience (CX) Help Desk
In-person support for students, faculty, and staff is available on the first floor of the Main Law Building off the Main Street Atrium from 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday.

Harrisburg Campus
