STEM Camps

Youth Science Discovery Camp

Next Generation Scientists Summer Camp is the perfect place for budding scientists of high school age to explore subjects as diverse as biochemistry, biology, computer science, environmental science, geology, meteorology, and physics and astronomy. The program involves direct scientific experimentation and discovery. It also provides a unique opportunity to meet with college faculty who are also professional scientists, along with Widener undergraduate science and education majors. This year, the camp will feature a focus on sustainability as the STC received funding to support the development of mobile green labs that can be transported to local schools, after school programs, and local nature centers and arboretums.
